ICSHL: Owen J. Roberts 4, Kennett 2

Newark, Del. — The Owen J. Roberts Wildcats used a three-goal second period to claim victory over the Kennett Blue Demons, 4-2, on Friday night (Nov. 2) at the Patriot Ice Center.

After Thomas Halsted of Kennett and James Donnelly of Roberts exchanged first-period goals, Gunner Winget broke the deadlock for the Wildcats 4:06 into the second period, followed by a pair of tallies from Sam Diehl.

Blake Richman accounted for the Blue Demons’ lone third-period goal.

Jason Nold earned the win in net for Roberts, registering 22 saves on 24 total shots. Tyler Richman was tabbed with the loss for Kennett, saving 16 of 20 shots faced.
