DHN Welcomes Delaware Ducks

Delaware Hockey Night is pleased to offer full-season coverage of the Delaware Ducks 18U AA and 16U AA teams for the upcoming 2018-19 season.

The Ducks, based at the Patriot Ice Center in Newark, Del., play in both the Delaware Valley Hockey League (DVHL) and the Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League (EJEPL). In April, the 18U Ducks team brought a USA Hockey National Championship title back to the First State by virtue of their 7-6 victory over the Boise (Ida.) Junior Steelheads in Green Bay, Wisc.

Eight of the Ducks 18U squad’s games are scheduled to air on Delaware Hockey Night Radio (subject to change):

• Oct. 14 at Hershey
• Dec. 22 vs. Quakers
• Dec. 23 at Quakers
• Jan. 5 vs. Ashburn
• Jan. 5 vs. Haverford
• Jan. 6 vs. Quakers
• Jan. 12 vs. Warwick
• Feb. 9 vs. Haverford

The Delaware Ducks are a non-profit youth ice hockey organization committed to helping teach the skills necessary to play competitive travel ice hockey. The Ducks field teams from the squirt (10U) division to the midget major (18U) division inclusively. For updates directly from the team, be sure to follow the Delaware Ducks on Facebook.
